These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of londonbeauty.online (the “Site“) and form the contract of sale between you and LONDON BEAUTY INC LTD Limited (“London Beauty“, “we“, “us“, “our“). By using the Site or placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site.

2 Scope & Application

2.1 These Terms apply to all sales of goods made through the Site as well as any related services (collectively, the “Products“).

3 Eligibility & Account

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Order Process & Contract Formation

4.1 The display of Products on the Site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer.
4.2 To place an order you must complete the online checkout and click Place Order. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order—this does not constitute acceptance.
4.3 A contract is formed only when we dispatch the Products and email you a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

5 Prices, VAT & Payment

5.1 All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary by destination.
5.3 We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

6 Shipping & Delivery

6.1 We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, or comparable tracked services.
6.2 Delivery time estimates shown at checkout are guides only; they are not guaranteed.
6.3 Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes when we receive full payment.

7 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (EU Shipments)

7.1 Orders shipped to EU addresses may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
7.2 We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

8 Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)

8.1 Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011, you have 14 daysfrom the day after delivery to cancel your contract without giving any reason.
8.2 To exercise this right, email hello@londonbeauty.online with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation.
8.3 You must return the Products within 14 days of notifying us and bear the direct cost of return. We will refund all payments (including standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you supplying evidence of return.

9 Returns & 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee

9.1 In addition to your statutory right to cancel, we offer a 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or alternative product within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions set out in our separate Returns Policy.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights regarding faulty or mis‑described goods.

10 Faulty or Mis‑Described Products

10.1 If your Product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the Product in accordance with your legal rights.

11 Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

11.1 Promotional codes are valid only for orders placed during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.
11.2 Only one code may be used per transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.

12 Intellectual Property

12.1 All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, product names, and images—is owned by or licensed to London Beauty and is protected by intellectual‑property laws.
12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

13 Privacy & Cookies

14 Limitation of Liability

14.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
14.2 Subject to 14.1, we shall not be liable for (a) any indirect or consequential loss, or (b) any loss of profits, sales, business, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a contract shall not exceed the total price of the Products ordered.

15 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform where the cause is beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disaster, epidemic, transport disruption, strike).

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms and any contracts for the purchase of Products are governed by English law.
16.2 You and we agree that the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident in the EU may also bring claims in their home courts under applicable mandatory consumer law.
