Orders and Shipping
We aim to deliver your order within 2–3 working days from the time it’s shipped. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
You can create an account during checkout or by clicking the My Account icon in our site menu. Creating an account lets you view your order history, save your details, and check out faster next time.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please email us as soon as possible at hello@londonbeauty.online with your updated address.
For future orders, you can update your saved address any time by logging into your account.

No – for your security, we do not store your card details on our servers. All payments are securely processed via Stripe, our payment provider, using industry-standard encryption.
Yes – applicable taxes are calculated based on your shipping address and added at checkout, where required by law.
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom and Europe. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, send us a message at hello@londonbeauty.online and we’ll confirm it for you.
Yes – all your items will be shipped together in one package, unless otherwise noted. If any part of your order requires separate shipment, we’ll notify you via email.

Returns and Exchanges
We don’t currently accept product returns.
Instead, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’ve used your product and it’s not working for your skin, we’ll either recommend an alternative or offer a refund, no returns required.
Just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll take it from there.
So sorry about that! Email hello@londonbeauty.online with your order number and a photo of what you received. We’ll get the right product out to you straight away.
If something’s arrived damaged, please email us within 7 days at hello@londonbeauty.online with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll either recommend an alternative product or refund your purchase, no need to return the item.
