LONDON BEAUTY RETURNS & 30‑DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

1. Do we accept returns?
We currently do not accept the return of any products once they have been delivered to you. This approach helps us uphold the highest hygiene standards for our community. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or mis‑described goods remain unaffected by this policy.
2. Our 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in results‑driven skincare. If, after trying your London Beauty product, you feel it isn’t right for you, you may be eligible for our 30‑day satisfaction guarantee.

How to claim

Email hello@londonbeauty.online within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and tell us why the product isn’t working for you.

One of our Skin Support Specialists will review your routine and may suggest an alternative London Beauty formula.

If you’d still prefer a refund, we’ll process it once your claim is approved.
We reserve the right to deny any claim if you do not follow the skincare advice provided by our team or if we reasonably suspect misuse of the guarantee.
3. Refunds

Processing time: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your banking provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Carrier returns: If an order is returned to us by the courier (e.g., un‑collected parcels), we will process the refund within 14 working days of the parcel’s arrival at our warehouse.
4. Faulty or mis‑described items
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match its description, please contact us at hello@londonbeauty.online within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.
